This is a lovely one bedroom apartment set in an old bourgeois building in a small park in the center of Cannes.
Close to the Palais and to the beaches (7 min walk), it is ideal for both congress and holiday rentals.
Just out of the park is a lovely Square with fountains and gardens which is all lit up at night. This is also part of the lovely town view from the windows.
The shops and restaurants are also close by so that you can spend a night out and have a nice stroll back to the apartment. Also rare for a center of town apartment it has a parking space available at all times.
It is a very comfotable apartment with one bedroom in which there is a double bed, and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge.
